Hey Phil, Just a quick one to let you know that iCatcher Console 5.1 has been released with additional full frame rate support for the ACTi TCM & Sanyo HD PTZ. That's great, does it also support the Sanyo VDC-HD3300P also, as I can't see this in the list of cameras to select from in the trial edition. Thanks, Harv
Hi Harv, No, not yet I'm afraid. Sanyo have two different model sets, with the 3300 being in the one we've not yet added. We'll be getting a loan model soon for support, so will keep you posted! Kind regards Jon
Hi Harv, Sanyo have sent a loan VCC-HD2300P to us for add support, this should allow us to also add the VDC-HD3300p. Only had a brief play today but the HD2300p looks like a very nice camera! We'll keep you posted. Kind regards, Jon
Jon, Thats great news, if you need someone to test the software with the 3300, then please let me know. I should be setting up all the cameras with iCatcher console trial at some point this weekend- will see if the other Sanyo type will recieve the images for now (If they do, then I think the licence is sold ). The 3300's have been great with the latest firmware.. amazing resolution for the price, I'm not familiar with the specs on the 2300, but imagine they would be excellent too!
