How to turn the lights off on my Hikvision G2 ColorVu camera?

The LEDs on the AcuSense models are IR LEDs that emit infrared light which is not visible to the human eye, they do give off a faint red glow at night but these LEDs are far less noticeable than the visible white light LEDs. The 8MP version would be the DS-2CD2386G2-IU
 
Hi again I have done a hard reset changed my login name amd password
Bit it will not let me log in to this page

What do you mean by "it will not let me log in"? What is happening when you are trying to log in? Are you getting any kind of message?

How did you do the hard reset?

Did you do the following:

Unplug the camera
Hold down the hard reset button
Plug the camera back in whilst continuing to hold the reset button
Continue to hold the reset button for a further 30 seconds

Once you release the button after 30 seconds the camera should reboot and be reset to inactive.
 
Hi it is not the camera I have reset it is the nvr box to then put new passwords and new user name in
Then I have tried to log in using the new iser name and password and it won't let me

What browser are you using when trying to log in to the NVR?

From your screenshots it looks like Safari, can you please try logging in using Chrome?
 
Do you mean a link to download Chrome?

Do you only have browser access from your phone? Do you have a PC or laptop you can use instead?
 
Yes I have a laptop will do it when I get home from work

Also if I reset the camera will that also get rid of the yellow triangle ⚠️

The yellow triangle is a notification that there is an error with the camera connection, if you click on the triangle you should get a little window confirming what the error is. (most likely that the password does not match)

Once you have the password set correctly the cameras should connect with the NVR and the triangle should go.
