Hikvision Corner Mount Brackets

Hi All


has anyone used the corner mount bracket I have tried to install one a few times with the supplied nuts and end up giving up and using others it seems to be the below steps

1) mark the holes based on putting the bracket in place
2) drill holes
3) insert bolts leaving last bit out
4) place bracket over these and screw bolts on

when I try this the bracket won't go over the bolts as its to tight however if I try to put them on prior to inserting into the hole they also miss. The supplied instructions are non existent am i missing something or do i just keep using my own wall plugs and screw methods

I've not done it personally, but this is the first report we have received of any problems with this mount / the bolts.

that the image I have but the bolts are too big to go through the bracket as in the picture


I have one here I have tried it seems to be the expansion jacket that stops it (i know its the wrong way round I did that to show where it stops )

It should work basically as per your steps.
The wall anchors go in the wall first.
You leave the threaded part protruding.
You place the bracket over the bolts/threads protruding.
You then fit the washers & nuts and tighten.
That pulls the conical part into the back of the wall anchor causing it to tighten and secure in the wall.
