We spotted yesterday that the Hikvision EU Portal was blank with all folders/files gone.
We have spoken to our UK contacts about this and they have passed it onto the EU team that manages the portal to get an update on what is happening with the EU portal.
For the time being the links to this portal in the forum will likely be broken, if you urgently need a firmware file from one of these broken links let us know the version you are trying to download and we will try and source the correct version for you.
If you require old firmware versions it may take longer to source these as most of the old firmware files are not available on the UK Portal and so we would need to ask Hikvision support to provide us with those files.
