No idea what caused it or what the solution was, but its working again. Only thing I noticed is that the notification of movement without picture was labeled as "main door station" Now its working again, the label in the notification with picture is changed to the alias of the door station...

I've allready tried resetting the settings. Everything else works: - Image visible in the app when the doorbell rings - Live view and video of the person ringing the doorbell visible on the indoor station - Video of any motion detection visible on the indoor station Only no image captured /...

Thanks for reaction. Yes. Motion-detection is on. Indoorstation settings are not changed after firmware update of doorstation, snapshot is on

good morning Yesterday I upgrade to 3.7.0 Since then no picture captured in the Hikvision app when there is a movement in the area :(
