Hey Marco. Be very careful with Thermal cam VCA events compatibility with NVR. I have expereince with HeatPro and depending on the NVR model and firmware version push notifications and alarm contact at rear of NVR may not work at all. Even if you using I series acusense NVR. If you wish to reply to me please do so privately.
Hello. Is there any chance that you could possibly help me please ? I still have the problem that I showed in my thread : iVMS 4500 and iPad. #13. Could you have a look at my last post #13 on the following thread iVMS 4500 and iPad. where you can see a screen dump of a problem I have.
