When I insert my Gateway address, it gives me this error: Error 2015: Others

Hi Kyle I am busy with the Youtube video now. Unfortunately I am having trouble with the iVMS-4200 tool where it asks for the password, of which the only password i set up is not working, so I have to wait 30min for the next try. Attached is the pictures as requested.

I bought the DS-K1T804MF Fingerprint Access Control Terminal and did all the setup steps. SADP Picks up the unit. But in iVMS-4200 the unit does not allow the option of being activated. I assume it is something to do wth the IP/ Subnet Mask/ Gateway, but i have no knowledge on how this works...
