Hi Hopefully some one still reads this form. I'm having the same problem with a DS-7626-NI nvr. Could it be the nvr model that just wont push the notifications. I receive the notifications from my other clients DS-7732NI 100%. All the ports have been forwarded and using a static ip for the nvr.
