Hik-Connect Padlock icon on phone after installing cameras via app to new phone cannot get off
After putting app for Hilook cctv on hubby's new phone Samsung 9+ installed everything fine but come to view camera's and all have an icon similar to a padlock and is asking for a verification code but don't know what it is
