Just an update on the camera situation. Annke have provided a link to the firmware update for the camera's. The reason this was not evident for me to use is they are for the C800 range of cameras, as seen from the link they gave me here: https://help.annke.com/hc/en-us/articles/4402695147161-...

Thank you Dan for confirming my suspicion. I have checked the Annke website and they are the latest firmware versions.

The Hikvision 8MP Colorvu camera would be an excellent choice. It has a card slot if you don't have an NVR and can be powered by either ethernet cable or 12v adapter. If you need to connect it to your network, a cheap power injector is all that's needed.

Got 2 of these Annke C500 I51DM cameras connected to a Hikvision DS-7608NI-I2-8P NVR, along with a Hikvision DS-2CD2087G2-LU and a Reolink RLC-410W. The Annke cameras both exhibit constant 10sec plus freezing of the video image, although audio is unbroken. It doesn't matter if I look at the...
