I retried this early - adding privacy mask to my camera. Tested 4 x times using Hikconnect, twice 2 way audio appeared to work ok, twice it started then got a popup error on Hikconnect saying "the device is in privacy mask status"
same here - I have updated to V5.02.008 build 240425 and can confirm I can activate the strobe and siren on my 2347G2H/LISU/SL. I will re-enable the privacy mask that previously stopped 2 way audio and report back.
I did some further testing as I was pretty sure it wasnt working at some point. What I did find and maybe this is a 'feature' - is that if there is a privacy mask set then two way audio doesnt work.

I get this (but on my M series - DS-7608NI-M2) where 2 of my 4 cameras randomly stop pushing notifcations to hik-connect.
The way I get it to work again (temporarily) is to disarm / arm all cameras then I get push notifications from all 4 cameras - Not sure if this is a reported bug.
Hi - I tested again using the channel and it worked. I am sure I tested before with channel but recently I had been testing using device - like you say, very confusing. Thanks for all your help on this.
Yeah - its on the hik-connect app. Doesnt work to either camera - I've had a trawl through the settings and there doesnt appear to be anything obvious that would enable / disable audio. I've mentioned on another post thought that I dont have icons in hik-connect for turning on / off the strobe...

I may have found something - what I hadnt done is logged into each camera and setup platform access. It was set on the NVR.

To be honest, I am not sure - an installer put the cameras up, NVR and basic setup. I did all the config for alerts, triggers etc.
I do get a push notification when an alert it triggered - 4 cameras in total with a mix of intrusion detection, line crossing - all send push notifications...
