Good morning I’ve just been asked to check cameras as alarm was activated ,when I went to tablet device has disappeared from there and my iPhone , I’ve since been told Ethernet cable was replaced ,and know I’ve lost device ,I’m new to this any help would be great thank you Dave

First time poster so I might not get this correct ,I’m having connection issues with mobile app on phone and iPad it runs for 2 seconds then freezes I get this message (network unstable connecting again ) nvr model is DS-7604-N1-K1-4P firmware is V3.4.103 BUILD 1811226 it saying no new version...
