YI'm using version .78 and I've noticed that when I open the camera in Hikconnect, the audio doesn't play unless I press the two-way communication button. Do you know if that's an option?

I'm going to leave the 2.7.78 for a couple of days. I'll see if I miss the door-opening audio, because I certainly don't miss the audio formats, and I didn't even find where to configure them.. If I go back to version 2.77, I'll have to reconfigure everything, right?

Hi, I'm having the same issues you mentioned: Video not loading in the app. Errors with HikConnect. NVR can't connect to this camera. I've reverted to the previous version, 2.2.78...and I'm thinking of downgrading because this doesn't have the audio for "the door is open." Have you solved it?
