In NVR the device is hikvision ds-9632ni-i16 on OSD setting- cahyaindra3

The camera names that I set always revert to the factory settings?
I have an issue with name in NVR. When I change the camera name, in the next day the cameras name is back to the factory setting? I use a ds-9632ni-i16 NVR and the firmware V4.61.030 build 240123 Please guys help me to fix the problem, thx- cahyaindra3
