Thx Dan Would this then mean if I connect to camera from my WIN laptop I should be able to do it? And do you think this update would prevent these random resets? Tjhe two IP cameras are on different version firmware, and it is only the one on V5.4.1 build 160525 that does it. The one on V5.3.8...

Hi All I have decided to try to update my firmware on my DS-2CD2342WD-I as it has been "acting up" lately. Without notice, it suddenly drops offline, resets to a preset IP and I have to fight a bit with SADP tool to reconfigure. But now there is nothing happening when I push the "Browse" buttom...
