Hi Phil yes it's a back garden and yes it's been a neighbour dispute, it's a rotating camera so he moves it to point into my back garden ICO ain't interested.

Neighbour has put up a CCTV camera pointing directly into my garden, so I have done some research & it would seem there's nothing in UK Law to stop it?
