Hello do you make to configure DS-KV8102-IM and ivms4200 to receve calls to your computer and if you do it how do you do.

Hello, i have a problem i configured door station DS-KV8102-IM and indoor station DS-KH6310 and its work ,but i need to receve calls and to iVMS-4200 software when no one is at indoor station so we can open the door from software.
