Still says the same thing that the device is offline..our DVR is still recording everything but we can't access the video feed online currently because the DVR isn't connected to the internet anymore (Wi-Fi password changed)

Hi, we are using Hik-connect app for a while now for our security cameras. The person who came set up the DVR and everything but recently we changed our Wi-Fi password and now it shows that the device is offline when I try to access the cameras on my phone. Can someone please tell how to get the...
