For some reason, I can't playback daytime footage on 2 of my 4 cameras (Hikvision DS-2CD2383G0-I) on both the app and web browser, I can playback night time footage without any issues. I restarted the NVR (Hikvision DS-7608NI-K2 / 8P) but that doesn't fix the issue. Live View is working fine...

Is it possible to use the Hik-Connect app to have a two way conversation without anybody pressing the intercom, as you can do that with the intercom monitor. The Hik-Connect app has the option to do that but I keep getting an error "Failed to turn the two-way audio on. (380356)"

If I reduce the Gain settings (in exposure settings) will that reduce the picture quality?
Does a high Gain setting use more bandwidth?
Also, should I set the Gain settings to '0' during daytime or does that setting only come in to play when it's dark/reduced lighting?

Managed to resolve the issue. I had to change IP Camera Adding Method from 'Plug and Play' to 'Manual'.
Anybody know why I had to do this and is it OK for me to leave it on 'Manual'?
(It was on 'Plug and Play' before the camera firmware upgrade and it worked fine)

Yes, when I try to view the camera via my NVR is just states "No link" for all the cameras.
I can't even enter the NVR using the mouse to change the settings - the NVR is stuck on the "No link" screen.

I upgraded the firmware of my DS-2CD2383GO-I cameras to 5.5.83_190221 but now I can't view the cameras on my NVR (DS-7608NI-K2/8P) or the iVMS-4500 app.
