Does Hikvision DS-2CD4A25FWD-IZH running V5.4.5 170302 still support LPR/ANPR?
Is there a LPR firmware for DS-2CD4A25FWD-IZH on V5.4.5 170302 that will work? Camera started with V5.3.0 150513 but I accidentally upgraded to the that regular firmware first. I know that the older V5.3.8 build 160126 will work but camera won't let me go back to any firmware past V5.4.0. I...
