I have an issue with my DS-KH9510-WTE1 (B), which is connected to a DS-KV8113-WME1. When there is an incoming call and I answer it, as soon as the unlock button is pressed, the call ends. Have I missed a setting somewhere?

Yes I can confirm that it’s fix on the alert part but still an issue on event.

Have you made any progress with Hikvision on this issue? I was starting to consider the possibility that a blocked port might be preventing the receipt of the photo.

My door intercom KV8113-WME1(B) and internal station are both running on Cat 6a Ethernet cable, so there is no network issue. Every few weeks or months, the error 10901 appears and requires me to restart the door intercom to make it work again. However, the NVR still keeps recording despite this.

I was wondering if you managed to find a solution or identify the cause of the 10901 error code issue. I've encountered this problem a few times, and based on your description, it appears that the only effective fix is to reboot the outdoor station.

Hi Phil Thanks for the reply, I’ve updated the camera as per your recommendation. I now found out from the manufacture gogogarage that they don’t support live stream only photo images. I’m therefore currently using the following to try an speed up the image display...

I’m untiling a Hikvision DS-2CD2143G0-1 camera to provide a video feed to my gogogate2 product. Currently this url: http://[IPAddress]/streaming/channels/102/picture provides a video feed, however it’s showing the primary feed and not the sub feed.
