If you are viewing the camera through IVMS, does disabling 'Display Transaction Information' in the Main View's Configuration stop the code from showing up, please?
You can find it by clicking on the cog normally in the bottom right of the main view screen and then going to the 'Image' tab.
If...
For this issue, could I get you to check whether you have the below setting set to 'disabled' or 'no', if not does the code disappear after disabling this, please?
You can find this setting by selecting the Local Tab when in Configuration in a web browser.
Hi,
I have had a chat with Hikvision about this, unfortunately, they have let us know that it isn't possible to add a wireless smoke detector to your system.
Hi Thor,
It looks like you are running the most up-to-date firmware for your NVR.
Please see Hikvision's download portals linked below which shows the first generation of Deepinmind NVRs firmware goes up to V4.1.28.

Hi Jayesh,
The first thing you could try is using IE (Internet Explorer) mode in Edge, the guide linked below should help you with this.

Unfortunately, at the moment Hikvision doesn't have any wireless battery-powered doorbell cameras, we are also unaware of any 3rd party doorbell cameras that would work.
The closest thing Hikivision do currently is the DS-KV6113-WPE1 which can use Wi-Fi.
Hi,
The first thing to try if you haven't done so already is to enable DHCP on your NVR, this will likely alter the NVRs IP address to an unused address.
After it has done this you will want to turn DHCP off again so the NVR will stick to this address from now on. You can then try re-adding...
Thanks for the update on this @JB1970! :)
I had a quick flick through everything using a PC running Windows 11 Pro.
I also had to update the Plugin, however, it was successful for me so it was likely due to how you are running things :)
Internet Explorer mode also showed me all the...
Please find the firmware for the non-B version attached :)
If you need any help with upgrading your firmware follow the link below which will help talk you through it...
Hi,
Could I just get you to check whether you have a (B) version of this NVR or not, please? Just as there is different firmware for the (b) and non-(B) versions of this NVR.
You should be able to find this either on the label of the box or the label on the bottom of the NVR.
Hi Guys,
After using IVMS-4200 Versions V3.8.1.4 and then V3.9.0.5 on my Windows 11 Pro computer, I have seen no issues on my end.
For reference, I am also running V3.0.5.7 of SADP which has also seen no issues.
Unfortunately, we don't have a Windows 11 Home device to test on.
Hi ste92,
Our demo DS-7608NI-I2/8P uses a CR1220 battery. However, I would recommend confirming this on your own NVR as well, I have attached pictures to show you the battery and its location so you can find it more easily.
Hi GerHil,
Hikvision changed 'Enable ONVIF' to 'Enable Open Network Video InterFace' in their settings, which is what you have already got ticked.
You should just need to add a new user as an administrator like you can see Robertomcat has done in the screenshot he shared with you, this should...
Hi,
Below is the link to the Hikvisions UK download portal where you can find the firmware for your NVR, As you are quite a few versions out of date I would recommend upgrading in stages as jumping to the most recent firmware can cause issues. I have attached a photo showing which ones I would...
Afternoon,
Hikvision has gotten back to me about this.
They have confirmed that there is a 'grey-out bug' after pausing in playback and that this bug will be resolved in the next update, which will be at the beginning of next year.
Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.
