Hi, I just got this IP camera and I'm wondering from where I can download latest firmware. I tried to install firmware from this link: Firmware - Latest HikVision Firmware for R7 series of Speed Domes - V5.6.15 but it didn't install. My camera has firmware version 5.6.10

No, I never managed to solve the problems with iVMS. I then moved to Blueiris which works nicely. I wanted to have a separate NAS so I got a Synology box with surveillance station. This also works nicely with the Hikvision intercom.

I'm also having this same problem and would like to know how to control the 2nd relay.

I would also be interested in how to solve this problem.
