HI-CONNECT ONLY SHOWS 5 CHANNELS OF 16 THAT IT HAS. When I register my 16 channel nvr at https://www.hik-connect.com/ it appears 5 channels, it has the latest firmware verzion, and I have tried everything. Help me with that
