Thanks. you just enable audio from the virtual host and it worked right away? But it stated that it will reboot your NVR, would you loose all your settings? did you lost yours?

Either way no sound at all. Did you plug in any extra external microphone ?

Just tried mine and no sound in either laptop and iphone. :-( Something wrong somewhere

@Kieran I have got a DS-7604NI-K1 model and I am trying to access my camera GUI to enable the camera to record the audio. the instructions which you mentioned before would it work in my model?
