I'm stuck on High Sierra which is MacOS 10.13.6 and Safari 13.1.2 which is showing its age. I may do more tests with Chrome on my iMac but it makes me ill. Can't see Hikvision rushing to fix any Mac bugs though…

@Kyle : UPDATE – I used Chrome on my Android phone to log in to the portal (which still showed only the video intercom device) and then added all five cameras (no mean feat for old fat fingers which have no knowledge of mobile phones)…and hey presto, they stuck! I logged out and then logged back...

Hi @Kyle. Thanks for the housekeeping. Maybe this is a Mac issue since I was using Safari in High Sierra and Hikvision just don't like Macs. I will try later to see what happens when I access hik-connect.com from my new phone. In my Mac browser the devices have definitely all disappeared apart...

However, decompression is done in the NVR (or PC if you don't use an NVR) and you get what you pay for in terms of NVR core processors as decompressing 4/8/12MP H265 video is a big ask which some PCs struggle with.
