I'd say that's an issue on your phone. Delete the app, reinstall. Make sure your device has permission access for record when added back. By any chance are you using a Google Pixel phone?

Blue and Brown are POE - & +. For a T568B Ethernet pinout, the camera connections are: White orange -> white orange (1). Orange -> Orange (2). White green -> Green (3). Blue -> Blue & White blue (4 & 5). Green -> Green (6). Brown -> Brown & White Brown (7 & 8).

The Dahua ITC413 supports HTTP post. I presume the long range ANPR version also does.

Hello, Recently in a DMSS update Dahua have added the functionality to share specific channels to other users. This also the ability to specify available functions for the shared channels (e.g. live view only, without authorisation to control a PTZ camera).

First thing I would check is filtering video type. This is a little funnel icon next to the calender date select. Make sure you are viewing all video types.
