Hi I have a milesight mini PTZ when the power goes off when it returns the camera does a self check then seems to stay in the middle of its range is there a way to make it go to the zero position on a reboot and maybe disable the self check Regards Mel

seems to be NVR (firmware V4.30.005 build 200628) will send test emails but will not send emails on motion events events are triggering but no emails are sent by gmail has anyone else had this issue ? Regards Mel

finally managed to get it going seemed I had added camera to NVR using a created user setup as operator with all actions ticked re added camera as Admin with admin password and it now saves but doesn't send emails regards Mel

managed to get motion working by turning off VCA and PTZ functions but still get invalid on NVR

Hi all will this nvr record using h265+ ? under the recording settings advanced there is a slider to turn on H265+ which is greyed out my camera is a milesight mini PTZ if it will record using H265+ what conditions allow the slider be enabled? Regards Mel

HI All does any one know how to export GUID file after activating NVR if i try to do it from web browser it asks for security answers to questions then asks to input a file name it then comes up file not found whatever I enter in the name I cant find anything under the machine menu Regards Mel
