Hello Phil, Yes, you are correct - I can access both camera hyperlinks using a web browser but only one of the camera links work if I use iVMS. Both the browser and iVMS are installed on the same computer.

Hello Phil, Yes, both cameras are directly connected to the NVR, there is nothing in between the camera and the NVR other than a RJ45 socket. To upgrade the firmware, I did go directly to the NVR and camera webpage. Thanks

Hello @Dan, The NVR (DS-7608NI-K2 / 8P) is V4.30.011 build 200803 Camera 01 (DS-2CD4A25FWD-IZS) is V5.4.5 build 170302 Camera 02 (DS-2CD2785G0-IZS) is V5.5.83 build 190221 Camera 02 is the problem camera. Thanks
