Have done a factory reset and connected via usb and installed V380 App on the phone cant connect is it the IP Range Looking at trying to set a static ip

They are in a different ip range 192 the other 162 I need them to be in 192 to at least give it a try. I have ordered a new camera to try I have a wifi router but its the ip ranges I am going to look at changing that and see how I get on. Thanks Poppy

I cant get broadband where I live I am having to use smartphone mobile hotspots. It seem that I can only connect to one or the other.
When I look at the IP properties I get for the mobile hotspot
