how can i contect with hikvision for helping me? tryed for 3 days sent them massage and noone talk me back...

it just change dont know how i just updated the nvr and then thets happend tryed same pass all my nvr (never cahnged) and still nothing but the same ip stay same config i dont get it

yep i tryed with the password nothing works dont know how my password change randomly

thets what iam asking how i can update it again? he go into loop of transmitting, on tftp this is the only way to update? i read the updte via usb from tftp is only frimware under 32M how can i update it again, thx for trying to help
