Hi, in the last few days both mine and the wife iphone HikConnect app has stopped showing preview image next to the event. I have checked and I am running latest firmware in NVR and cameras. Any other ideas? Thanks

Hi, struggling to find the correct firmware to update my camera. DS-2CD2385G1-I/B I ordered the camera from use ip back in Aug 2020 along with a nvr I have managed to source and update the NVR today successfully. Any help appreciated. Thanks
