Hi i installed IVMS (have done iVMS-4200V3.10.1.5_E & iVMS-4200V3.12.0.7_E) both have the same issue when i click on icon for p2p or hik-connect at the top of IVMS comes up with the login page i fill in user and password and says "Inncorrect verifcation code" for the photo code number/letters...

just an update , put the camera onto 12v power supply, still the same results. sounds like its an RMA job?
