    Hi, I have HIK Vision DVR modle number is DS-7208HQHi-F1. I am unable to logon to my mobile app after factory reset to mobile and restored EZVIP app

    Please advice how to logon to my account. After factory reset to my mobile and restored EZVIP app I can't logon to my account. Then I reopen new account and scan QR code to add device. A message appeared DVR was use by other account. Ask me to delete old account but I can't delete it. Plas help.
