It's ok now I understand you have to Copy/Past the encryption key from Network > Advanced Settings > Platform Access you should see the verification code into the Local Encryption Key Box. Dome that and all sorted now thanks.

I found the encryption Key but still cannot view the CCTV images using my Web Browser

Dan, may I ask is this the same as the CCTV login password as mine isn't viewable and I can log into the Web Interface but not view any Images
