Hi, Need some help trying to identify and correctly update the firmware for a DS-2cd2385g1-I. The basic info shows it as a DT385G. Can someone kindly point me in the right direction for the correct firmware. Tried loading v5.6.3 build 190923 but it did not like that one. thank you in advance.
