I'm now getting this exact same problem on my iPhone 11 since the app updated automatically recently!! Did you ever find a way to sort it if you don't mind me asking?

The weird thing is it was all working absolutely fine for both cctv setups I have but only after the app updated automatically has it all gone wrong!

My Hik-Connect app on my iphone has now decided to open them immediately crash every time I use it on 3/4G connection but works fine on a wifi connection since the app updated and a request for critical notifications appeared!! I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling but still the same...

I've recently setup a DS-2DF8836IV-AELW and when I activate the Smart Tracking it attempts to operate for a few seconds then goes crazy and just pans and zooms all over the place, any thoughts on why it does this please? Also the camera is very slow to react when operation the ptz functions...

What if any Hikvision 8mp+ cameras offer an adjustable iris? I need to be able to adjust the iris to control the depth of field in the image.
