Thanks very much. I did not have notifications enabled in the camera settings on the app. It now works. I will update the firmware while I'm on.

Hi. I have a DS-2CD2385G1-I purchased from USE-IP. It has an SD card fitted and I use the iOS app and the iVMS4200 software on the laptop to view the recordings. The camera is really good but I cannot get motion detection to work. I only want to be notified if anybody walks onto my garden or...
