Hello All thank you for all responses this is sorted for now. After checking all settings and changing and rebooting this is now working. Why Sky make you use a web browser and an app is beyond me. Ill see if I can get remote access to the configurations. Thanks again.

Hello thank you for the reply. No the only settings on the app I am aware of are the ‘supplement’ light settings I shared above. Can you elaborate a bit? I am going to move my white van it may be fooling the camera but it was working before.

I have rebooted the pvr. The problem camera did light up both led on the unit as you suggested. After reboot the light did not come on and the other camera did. So some information.
