Hi Phil, Yeah I have tried all sorts of things. I can't log into the Web Interface either. It just comes back and says that its wrong. I have tried resetting the password multiple times but still no go :( I don't see the user list on even having the monitor plugged into the NVR

Good Morning, I just updated my firmware downloaded from the Hikvision US website and it installed correctly well sorta. So there was an upgrade from 3.4.x to 3.4.x and then from 3.4.x to 4.x anyway did that in the correct way anyway now that I have gone to 4.x there is no username to select...
