The NVR LAN connection is via an unmanaged ethernet switch with 3 other devices which are all working ok. I connected the NVR directly to the router in the unlikely event that there was an internal switch issue and it is working perfectly once again ! Thank you for all your patience and advice :-)

How do I manually set the IR cut filter on a DS-2CD2385G1-I Hikvision IP camera so it switches at a set time and changes in the ambient lighting will not turn the cut filter on or off.
