What DVR make and model are you intending to use?

How many cameras do you have connected? Is this problem camera a different camera model to other models connected? Is it wired differently? Are all using POE from the NVR?

Android or IOS? Are you running the latest version of the App? As can be checked here - App Store

Which browser are you using? With Windows? Have you tried alternative browsers? Are you getting sufficient access to see the firmware version? If an update is available that might kick it back to normality ...

Are you sure that you are browsing to the correct IP address? Is that IP address valid within your LAN's domain range? And the camera is connected to your LAN, not to an NVR?

I have never seen mention of ngtest before (never mentioned here at the forum). Make sure to check for the latest available firmware for your NVR and TandemVu camera - update, cycle the power, and test again.

You need to connect the NVR to the network under the new router. Then use Hikvision's SADP tool to edit the NVR's IP address so that it is within the domain range of that router. I'll see if I can find a tutorial here / the steps better explained for you.

Do you only have cameras? Or a HiLook NVR as well? When you changed broadband provider, did you/they install a new router?

What is connected as the source of the video to the HDMI cable connected to your TV please? e.g. do you have a Reolink NVR?

How are you getting the Reolink camera onto your TV? Or, do you mean PC monitor? Yes. It may take a couple of seconds to switch into colour mode after the light comes on.
