    I'm also having the same issue. Can anyone confirm if you are supposed to add the Door Station DS-KV8102 or the Indoor Station DS-KH8300 to the Hik-Connect App? If I try to add the door station, it says the device is offline. If I add the indoor station i get the same issue as the OP...
