Thanks @Kyle i did had pool.ntp.org selected, changed it to nl.pool.ntp.org and rebooted. if not working,i’ll try to reset entire system. i doubt it is related to the b version of my ds7604ni-k1/4p and the latest software. I guess even an i-serie would have the same ntp issues.

You have to add that key that is mentioned in configuration, network advanced, platform settings, stream encryption. Good that another factory default sorted the issue !!

I’ll see tomorrow on the nvr what settings i have for browser access. But i think we can conclude that the webbrowser from the nvr is having issues.

When i log in it shows that preview only within live view. what happens if you enter http://192.168.2.125/doc/page/config.asp but then via your own ip on the ipad i miss the local config settings, i’ll check tomorrow on my laptop, to see what is selected .

I was checking if you added the cams to the nvr based on ip bases instead of poe and that you could see the cams via Hik-Connect. in my situation it are the cams who are connected via poe and then i can see them. In that sense the nvr can reach out to the internet so the network is working. So...

I’m sorry, your version states, so i was wrong here. Network Interface1, RJ-45 10/100 Mbps self-adaptive Ethernet interface and via Hik-Connect you are able to view your nvr? Did you select a camera into the nvr to share?

At my nvr it is set to automatic. specs are Network Interface1, RJ-45 10/100/1000 Mbps self-adaptive Ethernet interface i can imagine as selecting only states 10/100half duplex/full duplex. you might change it to automatic To see if that have effect. do you also have hikconnect enabled?

Update till now setting the nvr to 1440 interval doesn’t seem to be change the time on the cams At all. They are all tens of seconds out of range of each other.

Is there a reason why the network seems to be 100mb full dup? Is your switch 100mb only?

So the nvr is with poe ports, but they are not used? is the nvr ds7604ni-1k-4p (c)? According the firmware version it should the C version. Is the camera attached to the nvr or just to the switch? Is your router is providing the IP address to all your devices or did you set fixed ipaddress? can...

@Kyle have set it back to ntp time on nvr, as the 1hr difference couldn’t Be solved. To my understanding setting ntp in network on the nvr with 60 min interval check seems not to work. Last night due to set back a half hour time difference pops up, despite ntp that didn’t correct it. I had to...

The time so far stays in line, but…… the notifications mention -1 hr, for example in notification there is a screenshot of the event which also reflects the cam time, 02.09.45 and notification mentions 01.09.45. I’ll guess that comes from the setting on the nvr to sync with platform.

I tried to the synchronize, i had NTP active, but choose to try out the platform time synchronize, to see what the effect would be on time synchronization. @johnfitzy i do understand that deleting is not necessary, but maybe my version of the nvr software differs from yours. I'm version 4.30.085, i couldn't find the sync option when i edit the cam settings on the nvr, see below in cam settings or on the NVR GUI there is no "Time Sync Mode" section...
