No problem. Using the firmware v5.6.2 you get this option in the camera configuration panel. :)

Using 3 Hikvision Color-Vu DS 2CD2347G1-LU cameras here using both Hikvision UI version 4 and Web Browser through Chrome and original Internet Explorer without any issues as such. Firmware V5.6.2 Build 200407 therefore using the flashing strobes under "Intrusion" and "Line Crossing" Feedback...

Just a 3.6Mb file not 10 seconds long. Tried the drag n drop method and also tried "Add File" from the Handbrake menu with the same result. Not a big issue but like you I like quick and easy rather than several commands from different sources before I can view them. I might add a normal video...

I like the interface of Handbrake but cannot get over this message due to encryption.

I have exactly the same problem but really like the slick new interface so will probably wait for an updated fix (if there ever will be one):rolleyes:

Dare I ask has anyone disabled / disconnected their fan in the DS-7608NI-K2 and what was the result.

Installed it on my NVR and reverted back to the old firmware. Too many issues like you say plus my playback was god awful.

Just had a weird / horrible thought run through my mind. As quoted in my previous post above I installed V4.22.005_191208 to my NVR and it is working perfect. My model number is 8MP DS-7608NI-K2/8P Hikvision - 8 Channel NVR 2 Bay Have I installed the correct firmware.??:confused: If not...

Just this morning installed this V4.22.005_191208 and a complete new look.:cool: Really impressed with the new menu but did take a while to complete the install. Anyone upgrading give it time to complete, more than you would expect. ;)
