Hi, Is there an easy way to backup a certain days worth of footage from a DS-7616NI-I2/16P? The only method i have found is to go to the day of interest, select all cameras and use the "crop" tool to select the time period and then export to a usb device. Thanks Andy.

My 7608 works fine until i access the feeds via the IVMS-4500. Generally it works for a couple of mins, then hangs whilst the 7608 reboots. looking at the logs it reports an abnormal shutdown!!. This has been happening since i purchased this unit and would like to know how to fix please!

Turn camera off. Press and hold reset button. Turn on camera and keep reset button pressed for 10 secs.

Im having a reboot issue - when accessing the system via IVMS-4500 (iphone). The NVR will go days without an issue until i access it via the app. This will cause an abnormal shutdown? Any ideas?

I'm still unable to see the pre-record working, I have set this to 30 secs, and all video clips still start with the first motion detected. Does anyone have this working correctly?

Not sure what they mean by stability fixes - I've had numerous unexpected shutdowns, typically after viewing recorded footage and live stream. Shutdown can happen straight away or an hour later.

Kieran - have you also tried playing with the UPnP settings - these also do not work. My Netgear router has not configured any of the ports with UPnP enabled. If i change from auto to manual to allocate different external ports, the changes appear to save but go back to default if navigate away...
