Yes This should be OK with your Gateway 192.168.1.254 as Preferred but you can also try Google's 8.8.8.8 and as Alternate the 8.8.4.4 I suppose that Enable DNS DHCP means Auto DNS which uses automaticaly your Gateway IP, so you have to disable, apply and then add 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
