Appreciate the help. I think I understood what you were saying however I’ve 3 options, I’ve put an arrow on each, I turned any combination or all on, and you go to the next and they’ve turned off again

Sorry I wasn’t clear in my first response, your idea got me where I needed to be, I turned it off like yours, and no change, I turned it off on the units itself as well in a seperate setting and it worked, thanks. Just getting no notifications as it keeps turning them off in HikConnect

Thankyou! I had it turned on, I turned it off, it made no difference, I went onto the NVR and turned it off there also, it works, how bizarre. Just need to work out why when I enable notifications and go back it immediately disables them.

This was also enabled and the same password as everything else and it’s not working

It’s worth noting the screen and external unit need to be on your wider network and not plugged direct to your NVR rear PoE ports
