UPDATE: As Dan mentioned above you can pull in any IP camera on a Hikvision NVR as long as it's ONVIF compliant. But one must understand not all of the features of the camera will work if you pull them in through ONVIF. It's something one needs to understand before purchasing certain cameras...

@camarasdeseguridadrosario I had a similar problem. I went to the Hik-Connect on my phone and went to Account management. I changed my password and made a new one. After that it worked with IVMS-4200.
