    Not sure why, here are a few suggestions..... Using the device you use for remote access.... On your local network test HD and SD playback, both should be error free. If you see playback problems, move closer, not too close, to your wifi router. If you still have problems try another device...

    @Holmatt55, following on from my earlier post... Download the hikvision (Canada) sadp tool here and install it. When you run sadp your computer must be on the same network as your cameras. Post a screenshot of the result, make sure the serial number column is minimised. David

    I can't see why not, how will the wifi network work to give IP addresses to the clients? Model numbers would help and a network sketch. Part of my IPCCTV setup will work router free even after a mains fail and power up. Those devices use static IP addresses. David
